KnockTracer Host Branding

App host-specific branding: KnockTracer logo appears automatically on the KnockTracer app host

Overview

When you open the app on app.knocktracer.com, the UI now shows the KnockTracer logo in place of the BlueClerk logo in key header and sidebar locations. This provides a KnockTracer-branded experience without any manual settings changes.

How To

  1. Open the web app at https://app.knocktracer.com.
  2. You will automatically see the KnockTracer logo in the header and in sidebar components (login screen, desktop sidebar, mobile sidebar, and sales sidebar).
  3. No configuration is required—branding switches based on the browser hostname.

Tips

  • If you do not see the KnockTracer logo after navigating to app.knocktracer.com, try clearing your browser cache or doing a hard reload to pick up the updated image asset.
  • The KnockTracer logo asset is served from /knocktracer-logo-horizontal.svg on the host. Ensure your content security policy (CSP) allows loading images from your own host.
  • This change is host-based only; it does not change company branding configured in Settings > Company Profile (those remain available for invoice/email branding and company-specific logos).

Questions

Q: Can I enable the KnockTracer logo on my own BlueClerk domain?
A: No — the host-specific logo switch is triggered automatically when the app is accessed at app.knocktracer.com. Company-level branding remains configurable via Settings > Company Profile.

Q: Will email templates or PDFs use the KnockTracer logo automatically?
A: No — this host-based change affects in-app UI only. Email and PDF branding continue to use the company logo uploaded in Company Profile and the branded email template settings.
