Instead of manually reviewing competitor features, click "Run Gap Analysis" to send your competitor data to Claude AI and get strategic recommendations: features you're missing (with priority and effort estimates), your unique advantages (with leverage ideas), competitor weaknesses to exploit, and quick wins you can ship this week.
How to Use It
Running Gap Analysis
- Go to Admin > Marketing > Competitors
- Review your competitor data - scraped features, pricing, and differentiators
- Click "Run Gap Analysis" button (blue sparkles icon)
- Wait for AI processing - typically takes 10-30 seconds
- Review the results in four categorized sections
Understanding the Results
Features We're Missing
- What it shows: Specific features competitors have that BlueClerk doesn't
- Includes: Which competitors offer it, priority level (HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW), and effort estimate
- Use it to: Prioritize roadmap and identify must-have features
