Sending Job Requests

Request work from contractors for warranty and maintenance

Overview

When warranty work is needed at one of your properties, create a job request and send it to a contractor. This documents the request, tracks the work, and keeps all parties informed.

  1. Go to Job Requests or open a property
  2. Click "New Request" or "Request Work"
