Q: Do you offer annual plans? A: Currently we only offer monthly billing at $50/month.
Q: What happens to my data if I cancel? A: Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it's permanently deleted. Export any needed data before canceling.
Q: How do credits affect my bill? A: Credits are automatically applied to reduce your monthly invoice. If your credit balance exceeds the monthly fee, your invoice will be $0 and the remaining credit carries forward.
