Viewing Property Details

Overview

The property detail page gives you a complete view of a location - its address, ownership, and most importantly, its work history. This is where you can see everything that's happened at a property and plan future work accordingly.

Accessing Property Details

From the Tickets or Jobs List

1. Find a ticket or job associated with the property
2. Click the property address link
3. You'll be taken to the property detail page

From a Customer Profile

1. Open a customer profile
2. Scroll to the "Properties" section
3. Click the property address you want to view

From Properties Page

1. Go to Properties in the navigation
2. Browse or search for the property
3. Click the property row to open details

What You'll See

Property Overview

• Full address - Street, city, state, zip
• Owner information - Current property owner and contact
• Property type - Residential, commercial, or other classification

Work History

All tickets, jobs, and invoices associated with this property:

• Chronological timeline - See what was done and when
• Detailed records - Photos, notes, and materials used
• Contractor information - Who performed the work
• Permanent record - History stays with the property

Equipment & Materials

• Installed equipment - HVAC, water heaters, appliances with model numbers and install dates
• Paint colors - Room-by-room color tracking
• Materials - Flooring, fixtures, and other installed products

Floor Plans

If uploaded:

• Interactive floor plan viewer - Zoom, pan, and navigate
• Room labels - Identify specific areas
• Equipment locations - See where systems are installed

Questions

Q: Can I see work history from before I started using BlueClerk? A: Yes, if other contractors using BlueClerk have worked at this property, their records will appear in the history (subject to their sharing preferences).

Q: Who can see property details? A: Only contractors who have worked at the property or been given access by the owner can view detailed work history.
