Common Questions

Q: Can I see work done by other contractors? A: You can see work history that's been shared with the property. Some contractors may keep certain details private.

Q: How do I add notes to a property? A: Add notes when creating tickets or completing jobs. These notes become part of the property's permanent record.

Q: The property shows a different owner than my customer. Why? A: The property may have been sold, or you're working for a tenant/property manager rather than the owner. This is normal.

Q: Can I print property details? A: Yes, use your browser's print function (Ctrl/Cmd + P) from the property detail page.
