Ticket Schedule Queue
Schedule multiple tickets one after another without returning to the list

Overview
The ticket schedule queue lets you schedule multiple tickets in sequence without returning to the list view. When you receive an email with a "Schedule All" link, BlueClerk opens each ticket's detail dialog, you schedule it, and the next ticket automatically appears - keeping you in a flow until all tickets are scheduled or you close out.
How It Works
Starting a Queue
When you click "Schedule All" in a reminder email:
- All ticket IDs are passed as a queue parameter in the URL
- The first ticket's detail dialog opens automatically
- You schedule the ticket using the normal scheduling workflow
- The next ticket opens immediately after you save
- Continue scheduling until the queue is empty or you close the dialog
During the Queue
- No list view - You stay in the ticket detail dialog the entire time
- Auto-advance - Each completed ticket automatically opens the next one
- Close anytime - Click outside the dialog or press Escape to exit the queue
- Queue persists - Remaining tickets stay in the queue if you navigate away and return
Tips
- Schedule in batches - Process all overdue tickets at once instead of one-by-one
- Close to pause - Exit the queue anytime and pick up where you left off later
- Works with reminders - This feature is triggered by email reminder links sent by contractors
Questions
Q: What happens if I close the dialog mid-queue?
A: The queue stops and you return to wherever you were. You can restart by clicking the "Schedule All" link again.
Q: Can I skip a ticket in the queue?
A: Yes - close the dialog without scheduling, and you can handle that ticket separately later.
Q: Does this work for other actions besides scheduling?
A: Currently, the queue only works for scheduling tickets from email reminder links. Other bulk actions use different workflows.
