Overview

The BlueClerk Builder Portal is designed specifically for home builders managing new construction across multiple subdivisions. Track construction phases, coordinate with contractors, manage homeowner handoffs, and maintain detailed property records including equipment and floor plans - all in one place.

Accessing the Builder Portal

  1. Log in with your builder account credentials
  2. You'll land on the Builder Dashboard at /builder/dashboard
  3. Use the sidebar navigation to access different sections

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard shows key metrics at a glance:

  • Total Properties: Homes across all subdivisions
  • Active Subdivisions: Your current developments
  • Open Work Requests: Warranty work pending
  • Jobs in Progress: Work being completed

Sidebar Navigation

The builder sidebar provides quick access to all major sections:

  • Dashboard: Overview metrics and recent activity
  • Subdivisions: Manage your developments and properties
  • Plans: Upload and sell architectural plans on the marketplace
  • Revenue: Track plan sales and earnings
  • Homeowners: Manage homeowner contacts and handoffs
