Pending Tickets Section

View and schedule work that contractors have dispatched to you as a subcontractor

Overview

The Pending Tickets section shows work that general contractors have dispatched to you but doesn't yet have a scheduled date. It appears above your main jobs list on the My Jobs page, making it easy to see what needs scheduling. When you're not assigned any pending tickets, the section automatically hides to keep your view clean.

  • Property address - With map pin icon to view location

  • Item count - Total number of work items, with first 3 names shown
  • Photo count - Number of photos attached to help you understand the scope

  • Photos tell the story - Review attached photos to understand scope before scheduling

Questions

Q: Why don't I see this section? A: It only appears when you have pending tickets assigned to you. If you're not working as a subcontractor for other contractors, you won't see it.

Q: Can I decline a ticket? A: Contact the contractor who dispatched it using the "dispatched by" information shown on the card.

Q: What's the difference between pending tickets and my regular jobs? A: Pending tickets are work dispatched to you by other contractors that needs scheduling. Regular jobs are work you've already scheduled with confirmed dates and times.

Q: Do I get notified when a new ticket is assigned to me? A: Yes, you'll receive a notification when a contractor assigns a ticket to you. The Pending Tickets section updates automatically.
