Questions
Q: Do I need to fill out every field? A: No, but more complete profiles build customer trust and improve search visibility.
Q: Can I change my company name later? A: Yes, but it will update everywhere - invoices, estimates, and customer communications.
Q: What logo format should I use? A: PNG with transparent background works best, but JPG is fine too. Aim for at least 500px wide.
Q: Will changing customer types affect existing records? A: No, it only controls which types of customers you can add going forward and how you appear in search.
