What counts as a "job"?
A job is counted when it's marked complete. Creating, editing, or canceling a job doesn't count.
What if I go over my job limit?
You won't get hard-blocked. We'll send you a heads-up when you're getting close so you have time to upgrade without interrupting your work.
Can I really add unlimited users?
Yes. Add as many team members, contractors, and admins as your business needs. We never charge per seat.
What are AI credits?
Every plan includes $3/month of AI credits for features like Smart Reports and the Smart Estimator. If you need more, you can add $10 of credits any time — either as a one-time purchase or a recurring monthly add-on. Credits reset at the start of each month.
How is this different from Jobber?
