Visualize your scheduled work on a map or calendar
Overview
BlueClerk offers Map and Calendar views to help you visualize your scheduled jobs and service tickets. See where your work is located geographically, or view your schedule by day, week, or month.
Map View
What It Shows
- Color-coded pins for jobs and tickets by status
- Jobs: Blue (In Progress), Green (Completed), Gray (Scheduled), Red (Cancelled), Orange (Rescheduled)
- Service Tickets: Orange pins
- Live tech locations: Blue pins showing where your team is right now
- Click any pin to see job details, customer, address, and scheduled date
Customer Display on Map
When viewing scheduled jobs on the map:
- Homeowner customers: Shows the homeowner's name from their user profile
- Business customers: Shows the business company name
- Builder customers: Shows the builder company name

Questions
Q: Why don't I see my business customer jobs on the map? A: Check that the business company has a name saved in your customer record. The map displays the business company name for business/builder customers. If the name is blank, only the address will show.
Q: Can I see jobs assigned to subcontractors? A: Yes - if you're logged in as an admin, you'll see all jobs from your company PLUS any jobs where you're assigned as a subcontractor via another company's roster. This ensures you see all work relevant to you.
Q: How often do tech locations update on the map? A: Tech locations update every time the mobile app sends location data - typically every few minutes when the app is active. The map shows the timestamp of the last location update when you click a tech pin.
Q: Can I print my calendar schedule? A: Yes - use the Print button in calendar view to generate a printer-friendly version of your schedule. Great for giving field crews a weekly schedule on paper.
