Norton Holdings, Inc. dba BlueClerk

Referral Partner Terms

Last Modified: November 5, 2026

These terms govern the BlueClerk Referral Partner Program offered by Norton Holdings, Inc. dba BlueClerk. Version 2026-11-05. By participating in the program, including sharing your referral link or QR code, you agree to these terms. No signature or acceptance click is required.

1. Joining the program

BlueClerk invites and approves referral partners individually. You do not need a BlueClerk customer subscription to participate. You must be at least 18, provide accurate contact and payment information, and have authority to participate on behalf of any business you represent. Your link starts tracking referrals when BlueClerk creates your active partner profile. Your welcome email includes your personal link, QR image, and a link to these terms. Participation does not guarantee referrals or earnings.

2. Your referral link

Share your personal referral link or the QR image containing that link. A visitor must use the link and create a new company account in the same browser within 30 days. The first valid, active partner link takes precedence; revisiting does not extend that period. A signed first-party cookie stores the referral identifier. Blocking or clearing cookies, switching devices, or signing up without the link can prevent attribution. We do not add referrals retroactively. After signup, the attribution is stored with the company.

3. The $10 referral commission

You earn one $10 USD commission for each eligible new company that makes its first successful, nonzero USD BlueClerk subscription payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions can qualify, but neither earns recurring commissions. A free trial, account creation alone, free credit, failed payment, manually marked-paid invoice, or test payment does not qualify. Payments for a contractor’s customer invoices, marketplace purchases, taxes alone, or other services do not qualify. No customer discount is included in this program.

4. Eligible customers

Referrals must be genuine new businesses independently choosing to use BlueClerk. Existing or former customers, duplicate accounts, test accounts, self-referrals, accounts you own or control, and automated or fabricated registrations are ineligible. You may not pay for a subscription yourself merely to generate a commission. BlueClerk may review records and withhold or reverse commissions supported by evidence of ineligibility or abuse. Contact us if you believe a referral was recorded incorrectly.

5. Holding period and payment

Each commission has a 30-day hold measured from the qualifying payment date. After that hold, eligible commissions are included in our monthly manual payment cycle. Payment is in USD through a method arranged with you, subject to receipt of necessary payment and tax information. There is no minimum payout balance. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your earnings. BlueClerk records payments and can provide a statement; the program does not provide an automated wallet or transfer money from the admin dashboard.

6. Refunds, disputes, and adjustments

A refund of any portion of the qualifying payment, or a payment dispute, reverses its $10 commission. A later subscription payment does not earn a replacement commission for that company. If the commission has already been paid, the reversal is deducted from future commissions and shown as an adjustment. Payment and commission history are retained so adjustments can be explained. Contact BlueClerk to request a review if a dispute is resolved or an adjustment appears incorrect.

7. Promoting BlueClerk

Describe the product and pricing accurately. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when recommending BlueClerk. Do not send unlawful or unsolicited bulk messages, make misleading earnings claims, impersonate BlueClerk, or claim endorsement by your employer or another organization. Obtain any permission needed to promote at your workplace or use another organization’s customer information. Do not buy ads using BlueClerk’s name, create lookalike domains, alter tracking, stuff cookies, or publish unauthorized discounts. Use only BlueClerk promotional materials provided or approved for the program.

8. Independent relationship and privacy

You remain independent and cannot bind BlueClerk, collect subscription payments for us, or promise product changes. This program does not create employment, an agency, a franchise, or a legal partnership. Share the referral link rather than sending us a contractor’s private information without permission. Protect any nonpublic customer or program information you receive. BlueClerk’s Privacy Policy describes its handling of personal information.

9. Pausing, ending, or changing the program

Either party may end participation by contacting the other. BlueClerk may pause a link immediately to investigate suspected abuse or stop new referrals. Pausing or ending participation does not erase valid commissions already earned; those remain subject to the hold, refund, and eligibility rules. We will communicate material program changes before they apply to new referrals. Changes will not retroactively reduce valid commissions already earned. After participation ends, stop promoting yourself as an active BlueClerk referral partner.

10. Questions and records

For referral records, payout questions, corrections, or ending participation, contact hello@blueclerk.com. These terms govern the referral program; customers separately accept BlueClerk’s applicable service terms. BlueClerk records when your welcome email was sent and who sent it. Sending an email does not record a signature or an acceptance on your behalf.
