What You'll See

Quick Stats

At the top, see summary cards:

  • Plan name assigned to this property
  • Subdivision (or "Custom / BYOL" for standalone properties)
  • Homeowner name if assigned
  • Square footage from plan or property record

Plan Intelligence Cards

If a plan is assigned with AI-scanned data, you'll see detailed cards for:

  • Plan Specs - Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, stories, garage bays
  • Structure - Foundation type, framing material, roof type, siding
  • Electrical - Service amperage, panel type, wiring details
  • Plumbing - Water heater type/capacity, fixtures
  • HVAC - System type, tonnage, fuel source
  • Rooms - Complete room list with dimensions

Confidence Badges

Each plan intelligence card shows a confidence badge:

  • High (green) - AI is very confident in the data
  • Medium (yellow) - AI found the data but with some uncertainty
  • Low (red) - AI made its best guess but data may need verification

Equipment Installed

See all equipment and materials tracked at this property:

  • Equipment list with brand, model, installation date
  • Click equipment to view details and photos
  • Assign equipment to rooms from floor plan

Tips

  • Standalone properties work too - Properties without subdivisions still show plan intelligence if a plan is assigned
  • Confidence scores help prioritize - Review low-confidence data first to verify accuracy
  • Equipment links to floor plan - If you've uploaded a floor plan, assign equipment to specific rooms
  • Plan data is inherited - When you assign a plan to a property, all scanned intelligence carries over automatically

Questions

Q: What if my property doesn't have a plan assigned? A: You'll still see property details like address, homeowner, and equipment, but plan intelligence cards won't appear. Assign a plan from your plans library to see AI-extracted specs.

Q: Can I edit the plan intelligence data? A: Plan intelligence is read-only from the AI scan. If you need to correct data, edit the source plan or add notes to the property record.

Q: What does the confidence badge mean? A: It shows how certain the AI was when extracting that information from the plan PDF. High confidence means the data is very likely accurate; low confidence means you should verify it against the actual plans.
