Overview

The daily summary email gives you a complete snapshot of your business activity every evening at 7 PM Central (1 AM UTC). See new signups, total users and companies, tickets and jobs created/completed, invoices sent, and lead enrichment statistics - all in one consolidated email that replaces individual alert emails.

What's Included

User & Company Stats

  • New signups - Users and companies added in the last 24 hours
  • Total users/companies - Current totals across the platform

Work Activity

  • Tickets created - New work requests from the last 24 hours
  • Jobs created - Scheduled work from the last 24 hours
  • Jobs completed - Finished jobs from the last 24 hours

Financial Activity

  • Invoices sent - Invoices delivered to customers in the last 24 hours

Lead Enrichment Stats

  • Total leads - All leads in your database
  • Leads with email - How many have contact email addresses
  • Enriched without email - Leads processed but no email found
  • Pending enrichment - Leads waiting to be processed
  • Email rate - Percentage of leads with email addresses

When You Receive It

The daily summary email is sent automatically every day at:

  • 7:00 PM Central Time (US/Central)
  • 1:00 AM UTC (next day)

What Changed

Previously, the lead enrichment process sent separate alert emails when:

  • Processing completed successfully
  • Zero emails were found after processing many leads
  • The enrichment process encountered errors

These individual alerts have been removed - all lead enrichment statistics are now consolidated in the daily summary email, reducing email clutter while keeping you informed.

Questions

Q: Can I change when the summary email is sent? A: Not currently - the 7 PM Central time is fixed for all accounts.

Q: Can I disable the daily summary email? A: Not currently - it's sent to all admin accounts automatically.

Q: What if I want to see stats more frequently? A: Use the Admin Operations Dashboard at /admin/operations/overview to view real-time metrics anytime.
