QA Audits
View automated UI/UX review reports from scheduled audits
Overview
The QA Audits page shows automated UI/UX reviews of the BlueClerk platform. These audits run automatically twice per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am CT) and help identify potential bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement across key pages in the app.
Accessing QA Audits
- Log in with an admin account
- Navigate to
/admin/qa/audits - View the report list with most recent audits first
Understanding Audit Reports
Report Overview
Each audit report shows:
- Run Date: When the audit was performed
- Priority Issues: Top priority item requiring attention (if any)
- Issue Count: Number of pages with problems found
- Total Pages Reviewed: How many pages were audited
Viewing Report Details
Click any report row to expand and see:
- Summary statistics: Pass/fail counts across all pages
- Page-by-page reviews: Detailed analysis for each audited page
- Pass/Fail status: Visual indicators for each page
- AI analysis: Specific issues or confirmations for each page
Downloading PDF Reports
You can download a PDF copy of any audit report for offline review or sharing:
- Find the audit report you want to download
- Click the PDF icon (📄) on the report row
- PDF opens in a new tab - you can view it in your browser
- Save or print using your browser's file menu
What's in the PDF
The PDF report includes:
- Header: Run date and audit information
- Summary stats: Total pages, pass/fail counts
- Top priority issue: Highlighted if critical bugs found
- Page-by-page breakdown: Each page's status and detailed analysis
- Color coding: Visual pass (green) / fail (red) indicators
All Clear vs. Issues Found
When All Pages Pass
If no issues are found:
- Report shows "All Clear" badge in green
- Each page marked with ✓ pass status
- Analysis confirms expected behavior
When Issues Are Found
If problems are detected:
- Priority box highlights the most critical issue
- Failed pages shown with ✗ fail status and red background
- Analysis describes specific problems found
- Summary shows count of pages with issues

- Review new reports promptly - Critical bugs may need immediate attention
- Download PDFs for record-keeping - Maintain an audit trail of platform health over time
- Share with developers - PDFs make it easy to communicate issues to your technical team
- Track trends - Compare reports over time to see if recurring issues appear

Q: Can I run an audit manually? A: No, audits run automatically on the scheduled days (Tue/Thu at 8am CT). This ensures consistent testing conditions.

The Competitor Analysis page shows automated competitive intelligence gathered from competitor websites. BlueClerk scrapes competitor sites weekly, using AI to extract features, pricing, differentiators, and trades they serve - helping you stay informed about your competition.
Accessing Competitor Analysis
- Log in with an admin account
- Navigate to
/admin/marketing/competitors - View competitor cards with the most recent data for each competitor
Understanding Competitor Data
Competitor Cards
Each competitor card displays:
- Company name: The competitor's business name
- Last updated: When the data was scraped
- Key information: Features, pricing, trades, and differentiators
- Source URL: Link to the competitor's website
What's Collected
For each competitor, BlueClerk gathers:
- Features: Product capabilities and service offerings
- Pricing: Cost structure if publicly available
- Trades: Types of work they handle (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Differentiators: What makes them unique or competitive advantages
- Raw AI analysis: Full unfiltered analysis text from the AI
Downloading PDF Reports
Generate a detailed PDF report for any competitor:
- Find the competitor on the main page
- Click the PDF icon (📄) on their card
- PDF opens in a new tab for viewing
- Save or share using your browser's file menu
What's in the PDF
Each competitor PDF includes:
- Header: Competitor name, scrape date, and source URL
- Features section: Bulleted list of all identified features
- Pricing: Cost information if available
- Trades: Services they offer
- Differentiators: Competitive advantages
- Full AI analysis: Complete copy-pasteable analysis text for further review
Scrape History
Below the competitor cards, view all historical scrapes:
- All past scrapes: Every time a competitor was analyzed
- Dates and timestamps: When each scrape occurred
- Download PDFs: Access reports from any past scrape
- Track changes: See how competitors evolve over time
Downloading Historical Reports
- Scroll to "Scrape History" section
- Find the date you want to review
- Click the PDF icon next to that scrape
- PDF opens with data from that specific date
How Scraping Works
- Weekly schedule: Scrapes run automatically once per week
- AI-powered: Claude AI analyzes website content and extracts structured data
- Persistent storage: All scrapes are saved permanently
- Most recent shown: Competitor cards display the latest scrape for each company
Tips
- Download PDFs regularly - Keep offline copies for presentations or strategic planning
- Compare over time - Use scrape history to see how competitors change their offerings
- Copy AI analysis - The full analysis text in PDFs is easily copy-pasteable for reports
- Share with your team - PDFs are perfect for sharing competitive insights with sales or marketing

Q: How often is competitor data updated? A: Scrapes run weekly. Check the "Last updated" date on each competitor card for the most recent scrape.
Q: Can I add competitors to track? A: Currently, competitor lists are managed by admins. Contact BlueClerk support to add competitors to the tracking list.
Q: What if a competitor changes their website? A: The next weekly scrape will capture the changes. Compare historical PDFs to see what changed.
